What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (or RTT) is a hybrid therapy known for its efficiency in discovering the root of a client’s issue and helping them let it go for good. Anxiety, stress, a lack of self-esteem and self confidence and addiction are just a few of the many ailments RTT can help alleviate.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (or RTT) was developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer over her 30 years as an award-winning therapist. RTT has been influenced by and draws upon the best aspects of hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, healing, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy to form a totally unique and powerful, life changing technique.

RTT is able to help much quicker than other modalities. Some people need only one session to understand the root of their issue and to let it go for good. More complex issues can take slightly longer, but mostly no more than three sessions.

RTT to help people fulfil their full potential

As an NHS a consultant psychiatrist for many years, I have a real passion for helping people to heal from within. I believe every person has a potential for reaching optimal health and power lies inside each one of us. As a therapist I only act as the guide.

Many of us suffer from limiting beliefs and blocks that make it trickier for us reach our full potential – for example belief that we can earn the money we deserve and really ‘own’ our talents and skills to put them out into the world in the way we would like. So, I love to use RTT to help people with money blocks, procrastination, visibility issues, imposter syndrome, self-sabotage and anything that holds you back from being as successful as you would like.

RTT can also help greatly with…

⇒confidence + self-esteem

⇒anxiety + stress

⇒depression

⇒phobias, fears + limiting beliefs

⇒addictions like smoking

⇒performance issues with exams, interviews, public speaking, sports, sales

⇒weight loss

⇒relationship problems

⇒trauma

⇒physical + medical illness: pain management

About Me

My name is Dr Pratibha Nirodi.

I am a psychiatrist and have worked in the NHS as a consultant for 27 years.

I have a wealth of experience in mental health and emotional health. I have felt there is a real need for more wellbeing approaches, and I started exploring what additional skills I could acquire to help clients to help them heal and be at their best. Just prescribing drugs no longer sat well with me.

I trained as a HeartMath coach and then discovered RTT. I have been using Heart math coaching as well as RTT in my patients when they feel it is the right therapy tool them. I have been using RTT as an add on for many clients and seen the benefits first hand. I believe it really works.

You may ask why I chose the logo of Mind-shift hypnotherapy, and the reason is exactly this- with RTT you shift the old beliefs in your mind, that no longer serves you, and instill new beliefs to reach your full potential and become your phenomenal self. The brain is neuro-plastic; hence shift is possible for everyone that wants to change. RTT helps achieve this shift. I will also teach you some HeartMath tools as a bonus.
